Faux Stained Glass Project   Instructions:    1 - Tear (or cut) the tissue paper into small pieces and keep the colors separated.  2 - Fold your contact paper in half evenly. Polar Bear, Felt Cup Cozy   Using felt is so much fun because you can do so many things with it! Today you are going to make a cup cozy! Instructions Find a cup you want to use with your cup cozy. Felt Penguin Pennant Today we have another project that can be used as a winter decoration all season long!   Instructions: Start by cutting out all the pieces of the paper penguin template (it was inside your welcome letter). Next, use the paper templates to trace and cut out the pieces of the felt. Fold down the top of your blue felt so that it makes a long “pocket” and glue it in place.
