Faux Stained Glass Project   Instructions:    1 - Tear (or cut) the tissue paper into small pieces and keep the colors separated.  2 - Fold your contact paper in half evenly. Peel the backing off one side of the contact paper. Lay down the contact paper with the sticky part face up.  3 - Lay your black outline FACE DOWN onto the sticky side of the contact paper. Felt Penguin Pennant Today we have another project that can be used as a winter decoration all season long!   Instructions: Start by cutting out all the pieces of the paper penguin template (it was inside your welcome letter). Next, use the paper templates to trace and cut out the pieces of the felt. Fold down the top of your blue felt so that it makes a long “pocket” and glue it in place. Let It Snow - Polar Bear Garland Today you’re making a winter garland that can be hung all winter long!    Instructions: First you can color your polar bears. Then decide if you want to cut them out along the lines or if you want to cut them into a shape like a circle or a square.  Now you can glue the polar bears to the dark blue pieces of paper.
