DIY Puzzle Today you are going to design your own puzzle! Think about what you would like to draw and if you want you can practice on a piece of scrap paper.   Once you decide on your design, you can use markers to draw on the puzzle.    I drew a little house with smoke coming out of the chimey. You could also add other things you might have around the house like puffy paint, sequins, pom poms, etc. I can't wait to see your creativity! Countdown Calendar - Day 6 - Elf Marionette

Elf Marionette Today we are making this elf marionette! Before you get started, you can give your elf long hair by adding a few lines. I added two lines, you can see them in the picture above. After you color your marionette, you can cut the pieces out. Use a hole punch to add holes to the arms, legs, and body. Place the arms and legs behind the body piece and attach them using the gold brads. That's it!

Countdown Calendar - Day 5 - Clothespin Snowmen

Clothespin Snowmen A new week, a new project!  Instructions: 1 - Paint your clothespin with white paint. 2 - After your clothespins are dry, use your favorite glue to add the orange nose and the two small eyes. 3 - Cut a piece of yarn and tie it around the clothespin. I tied the string around the metal part so that you can't see it. 4 - Use a marker to add a mouth and buttons. You can clip your snowman to your tree or you can use them to hang your holiday cards from a string!
